Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026

1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This is in line with your rights under EU consumer law (the right of withdrawal).

2. Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging, with all tags attached

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Any item not in its original condition or returned after the 14-day window

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us via the contact form on our website before sending any items back. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that actual costs incurred (such as the original outbound shipping fee) may be deducted from your refund where legally permissible.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive your refund as store credit — please indicate this preference when contacting us.

7. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would prefer an exchange over a refund, please mention this when you contact us. In such cases, any difference in shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. EU Statutory Rights If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The above conditions and exclusions apply where permitted by law.
