1. Shipping Destinations We ship to all countries within the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us via our website contact form.

2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 10–15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your shipment. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates — delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: €9.00 for orders under €69
  • Free shipping: on all orders of €69 or more

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Carriers We work with a range of postal and courier services. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and order size.

6. Order Tracking Tracking availability depends on the carrier assigned to your shipment. Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If no tracking is provided, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.

7. Lost Parcels If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us via the contact form on our website. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Customs & Duties All shipments within the EU should not be subject to additional customs duties. However, if you are located in a territory with special customs arrangements, any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
